Adults have been diagnosed with a mental health disorder.
People ranging from 10-34 have been diagnosed with anxiety disorder.
More than 7% of the United States population has been diagnosed with some form of mental health disorder.
The biggest stigma of mental health is that talking about and improving upon it makes an individual weak. Talking about and improving mental health actually creates a better opportunity to be more open and learn. However, everyones experience is DIFFERENT.

In the first round of mock-ups I used 3D printed cad models to gain a sense of scale, comfort, as well as orientation.

Forms achieved through a pairing of SOLIDWORKS and RHINO7 to understand how the form can be modelled as well as connection points.

In the second round of mock-ups following ideation, I used an old Apple Watch to see how internals and scale of a real sized product. I also wanted to see the same outcomes from RD.1 of mock-ups.

Transmute is a Modular Wellness wearable that is simple yet distinguishable. It can either be discrete or invoke conversation depending on users comfort.

With no screens there are less distractions. With less distractions there is more opportunity to grow.
Using the vital reader on the top Transmute will read your vitals to help learn more about your overall wellness. It will learn if there are any factors affecting your mental and physical wellness. It will continue to adjust to the user.
The more the user’s record their vitals, sleep, exercise, as well as use the other helpful ways to improve mental health. The user can become more comfortable and confident overtime.
ADAPTIVE TRACKING
Pairing with your smartphone. Over time Transmute learns about the user’s mental and physical wellness, becoming unique to the individual. By recording movement, sleep, journaling, vitals, and many more essential ways to promote wellness.
Designed to be accommodating. Having a simple yet jewelry like design it can be worn anywhere at anytime. With the different colorways it can be discrete depending on the users comfortability.
